PRÓ-VIDA is a philosophical movement founded in Brazil in 1978 by Dr. Celso Charuri, a physician and a philosopher, with one proposition: to build a much better world, a world of peace. For him, the path is to change the man, because only a much better man can change the environment he lives in and make it dignified, harmonic and fraternal.
This change in people takes place through the expansion of consciousness, a process which is accomplished in a program composed of nine levels and in complementary activities such as lectures and cultural events, parapsychological exercises, and research conducted at the Laboratory department. They combine millenary knowledge and techniques, which are capable of leading human beings to the development of their mental capabilities.
Currently, PRÓ-VIDA is present in various cities and countries. The movement does not differentiate between ethnic groups, creeds, religions, gender, political views, or any other standing or ideology. At its centers and clubs, as well as in the online activities, integration between differences and the different is valued, creating a favorable environment for individual and social improvement.
As a result, and as an example of this new world, PRÓ-VIDA performs actions of social responsibility through the General Center for the Tithe department, founded in 1979, and its affiliates. Over these years, the General Center for the Tithe has made approximately 12 thousand donations and built 13 vocational schools.
The PRÓ-VIDA movement is organized into four bases coordinated by the PRÓ-VIDA Foundation, located in Lucerne, Switzerland, and by the PRÓ-VIDA Association, based in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Both are non-profit institutions.
The activities used to take place at the centers and clubs; however, since March, 2020, they started to be held online, integrating people all around the world.
The centers and meeting points are established by groups of participants as a space for studying, mental training and participation in PRÓ-VIDA’s activities. Presently, there are more than 100 in several countries.

Social, study, leisure, cultural, and sports activities among others, are carried out by the members of the clubs. The Cooperative offers activities and services with the purpose of connecting people, professions and businesses. In this way, it generates opportunities for actions which propose a new way of working and living in cooperation.

The four bases of the movement integrate the departments, which are voluntarily organized by the participants and that complement the PRÓ-VIDA mental development program. Among them are the Laboratory, Parapsychological Exercises, Professional Guidance, Sustainability, Cultural, Sports, Yoga, Kung Fu, Serenity and Children’s Departments.

Welcome to the internal Home Page of the PRÓ-VIDA website. In this environment you will find information about our movement, such as the activities calendar, news and content that may be of interest to you.
You will find the activities calendar right at the top of the home page and, to see all the available activities, just click on “See full calendar”.
The activities are organized by language, time zone, modality (in person, online, or remote in-center), and categories:
You will be able to participate in all available activities, according to your level. They are identified in the calendar by a stripe with the color of the level, on the left side of the activity name.
Every Monday, online Basic Level activities are available. They are offered in four languages (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and English) and different time zones.
In addition, starting at the Basic Level, you will be able to participate in all the activities identified with the following colors:
Weeks, lectures and exercises aimed at participants from the Basic Level and up.
Here you can find activities such as Keeping in Touch, celebrations, and ceremonies.
Activities carried out by PRÓ-VIDA Departments, such as lectures, presentations and studies.

Activities for the Advanced 1 Level and up are also available for those who have completed that level

This is a live activity carried out in one of the PRÓ-VIDA Centers with both the presenter and the enrolled participants attending in-person.
The activity is transmitted live from one of the PRÓ-VIDA studios to several Centers where the participants are attending in-person. It allows the presenter and the participants to interact despite the fact that the presenter is in a remote location.
The activity is transmitted live from one of the PRÓ-VIDA studios and enables interaction between participants and the presenter in a virtual environment.
